2. Know a deserving volunteer in Fairview? Tell us!
   Hundreds of volunteers help make Fairview a brighter place to live and work. Help us recognize and honor these deserving individuals who through their volunteering efforts have contributed to the Fairview community or have had a positive impact on the quality of life for Fairview residents. Two Awards will be given for the Outstanding Community Service by an Individual, one award is for a Youth (ages 17 and under) and one is for an Adult (ages 18 and above). These awards will be presented to individuals who help build stronger communities through exceptional voluntary leadership and/or contributions to programs, projects, or events that have made or are making a positive difference in their community.
4. Selection Criteria
   • Nominee's intensity of service
   • Nominee's active involvement in 2022
   • Inspires others to volunteer by example
6. Deadline – Nominations must be received by 5:00 PM on March 31, 2023.

   Award-winners are selected from the nominations by the Fairview City Council and will be recognized at the Volunteer Recognition Event on April 20, 2023.
