In the near future, the City will be transitioning to a different online bill presentment and payment processor. This change will affect utility customers set up on auto-pay, as well as customers who use the current provider, Easy 2 Pay, to make one-time payments via the website or phone. While this change will require customers to re-register for access, it will also provide additional capabilities to both customers and the City.
