Notice of Budget Committee Meeting(s)

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Fairview, Multnomah County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, will be held at Fairview City Hall, 1300 NE Village Street, Fairview, Oregon, 97024. The meeting will take place on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. The meeting will be continued to the following dates and times unless subsequently noticed: Monday, May 8, 2017, 6:00 PM and Monday, May 15, 2017, 6:00 PM. 

Public Comment will be received by the Budget Committee on Monday, May 1, 2017, 6:00 PM at Fairview City Hall, 1300 NE Village Street, Fairview, Oregon 97024. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. 

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 24, 2017 at Fairview City Hall Administration/Finance Offices, 1st Floor, 1300 NE Village Street, Fairview, Oregon 97024, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The budget document will also be available for download from the city website.
