The City of Troutdale Recreation Program serves all of East County. Be sure to check it out.  They offer a variety of youth, family and adult programs. Save Money! Fairview residents will be reimbursed the difference between the non-resident and resident rate. Just register for a Troutdale recreation program and pay the non-resident rate. Then bring your receipt to Fairview City Hall and be reimbursed the difference.
